I just started taking curcumin this week for the first time. I'm currently taking in 1500mg a day. No real reason for that amount, just thought I would start there and see how it goes. I'll be 36 years old next month and I've noticed that I have been feeling more beat up and sore than I used to when I was younger so I thought I would give it a try.
I'm 247 lbs. Should I be taking more? I noticed some recommendations online that a person my size should be taking around 3000mg to really feel the effects. Any advise would be appreciated.
