CT's tempo contrast sets

Has anyone tried CT’s tempo contrast sets? If so, what is a good load to use?



I haven’t tried sets but I have tried his tempo contrast reps. I usually just start with a weight I can do 10-12 times for the 8 reps and increase from there…I used them on elbows out extensions and I know I have to go about 10lbs lighter using 3x8, so I think it will also depend on the number of sets and exercise…at least for the rep version, if that’s what you meant…
