CT's Pendulum Bodybuilding

I’ve hit a plateau and become bored after about 6 months of my current program. Pendulum Bodybuilding looks like a very solid program and one that I could follow exactly. Just looking for results from people that have used this. Comments? Problems? Also, what’s the reason for the working sets of 20 reps in this program…just to get blood flowing and burn the hell out of the muscle?
