CT's newsletter #6 bulgarian workout

This workout has two heavy days and two light days. The light days are EDT style where you do as many sets as you want in 15 min. But how long should your rest periods be? I was using 1 min breaks, should I use 2 min or more?

I’d say if you are going above 80-85% of your one rep max in the EDT days, then yes, greater than 2 minutes is warranted, but if it is below that, than 1 minute should be fine.
