CT's Neural Charge Workout

Have been reading through CT's advice on this and although i understand the basics i'm not 100% sure how to set up the exercises...

For example could you do :

Bench press

Jump squat

Chins

I think he said alternate between upper body and lower body exercises but i'm not 100% sure if i heard him correctly.

Any advice greatly apprecialted :slightly_smiling:
