First off, I have been lifting for several years and it takes a lot to really get “IT” out of me. Today I started CT’s MII workout to the letter. Upper Body Chest and back. Now I have puked in the gym before from intense squats, deads, and PCs, but this marks the first time ever that I have puked during and after an upper body workout. This shit is awsome.
haha…i dunno what to say. but keep on going. if you’re working that hard, then you’ll get killer gains (as i hope to get). but i’m on the 1st phase, but i haven’t felt a need to throw up yet
