I read yesterdays live-coaching artile from CT about wave loading. i wondered how you would ramp up when using those wave loading patterns.
for example, would you ramp up doing 7 reps to reach your starting weight for the 7/5/3 wave. or would you recommend doing lower reps for ramping? 7 reps seems too much for me for neural activation. on the other hand, doing the ramping with sets of 3, it’s pretty hard to “guess” your first working set of the wave with 7 reps.
