CT's 'Leap Tall Buildings' Program

 For day C, it lists:

A1) Front squat
Sets: 8
Reps: 4-6
Rest: 120 seconds

A2) Romanian deadlift
Sets: 8
Reps: 4-6
Rest: 120 seconds

Since both exercises are “A” this means I perform them in a superset fashion, but why is there a rest interval for both? I assume I do a set of the squats, wait 120 seconds, set of deads, wait 120 seconds and repeat?

Thanks

A1) and A2) doesn’t always designate a strict superset where you have no rest between the exercises. It just indicates that you perform them in an alternating fashion.

So, yeah, you have it right: perform a set of front squats, rest for the 120 seconds; perform a set of Romanian deadlifts, rest 120 seconds, and so on.

Well, just to leave here with some dignity…

OP, you got it right the first time. They’re called “Alternating sets”.

You could’ve asked CT?
