Starting Monday, Based on some of the feedback looking forward to it. Stocked up on supps this week and established baselines:

Max Bench: 435
Deadlift: 615 (more in the tank but since I havent DLed in a while didnt wanna hurt my old ass)
Rack pull: 765
Squat: havent squatted much since my BFP (big fat power lifter days) maybe tomorrow.
BW: 248 in shorts and sox

Gettin BF and measurements Monday.

From those on it: any tips, challenges, advices (please dont give me the wrong advices)..
