CT's Ab and Fat Loss Program

I just saw CT’s before and 14 wks later after photos. Inspiration.

Is the program he followed to make those gains on the T-Nation site?

Can anyone help? I myself am looking to get my body fat down LOOOOOWWW by a certain date this summer, while losing as little as possible in muscle.

It seems Christian Thibeaudau figured it out, and I would like to see for myself.

Any help appreciated.

Check out Ripped to the Bone by CT. I did that with uphill walking thrice a week at a 3.5 intensity and a level 10 incline. All that plus the T-Dawg diet worked pretty well for me. I dropped from 13.1% to 10.5% bf in 8 weeks. Not amazing but pretty good, especially for me since I usually have a tough time getting lean.
