Monday
Full Back Squats 5x6
Sumo Deadlifts 5x6
Glute Ham Raises 3x10
Reverse Lunges 3x10

Thursday
Jump Squat 5x3(15% of max)
Power Clean 5x3(75% of max)
Snatch Grip Deadlifts 5x6
Stepups 3x10
