CT, What Do You Like for Conditioning?

For the first time since high school football I’m doing actual conditioning, not stupid treadmill work. Jim Wendler turned me onto hillsprints. To keep it fresh I’ve begun tinkering with other forms such as sledgemammer work, farmers walks, and sledpulls, and obviously flat-ground sprints can be substituted for running hills.

What do conditioning methods do you like? and sorry if you’ve discussed this previously…

I find nothing to be better than hill sprints (40-70 yards in length), but you are going to have to cut back on your leg work in the gym
