CT, GPP for OVT and Isometric for Rehab



What kind of GPP work would you recommend, if any, if someone was doing the OVT as described in your T-mag article. Also when would this GPP be done i.e. after workout, on off day, etc...?

Do you have any ideas on using isometrics for rehab work? Specifically a dislocated knee.


With OVT I would not recommend using GPP work as the volume of work is already very high. If you must absolutely do something, add one day of shoulder glider and sled dragging for moderate volume.
