Christian, I’ll be starting my I3G on the 13th. I don’t have access to a sled or prowler for eccentric less traininng.
However, from reading various reports everyone is able to add volume while on I3G.
My question is- I have a compex and could use that to help in adding volume. I know you have some experience with the Compex. Just wondering what your thoughts were on a. would it be useful b. if so, what type of program woult you recommend? As added volume itself or as a recovery modality for increased volume in the gym?
