Ct, in this article is it good to use assistance exercises on the light days to bring up weak points.

Ex. Tuesday(light bench,push press,incline press day) work on your external rotators and lats

Ex. Thursday (light power clean, back squat, and romanian deadlift)
power shrugs and other posterior chain work

The Bulgarian wave loading Parameters didn't work well for me at all, I could never complete all the money sets

When in doubt do less, not more. The easy days are used to enable the CNS to regenerate and to give the tendons a break. They serve the same purpose as a tempo session in psrinting.
