I heard this :
,, when u to take a creatin with a carbs, most of creatin will be impaired cuz the stomach reacts with hydrochloric acid to carbohydrates which invalidates the creatine,, - Is it true ?
They say it, that is the best way is to take the creatin on empty stomach.
im'll happy for every answer. Thanks bye
