CT - A Few Questions from a Stranger

Hi all, especially Christian.
Im from Czech Republic and I have many questions to CT.
Sorry for my bad English , Im still learnig her. (I hope that u will understand me).

My first thing What I want to say is that :
CT- your training and suplementation methods are ingenious as for example HTH,HP mass and unbelievable Pulse feast.

My questions Numbre 1
i have to say that Pulse feast is the best method such gain lean weight but problem is that I havent got supplements what i need. In my country nobody sell products from Biotest. And when I’ll send product from Biotest to the my country I’ll spent a lot of money , its not good.
But there is one product in my country which maybe will be able replace MAG-10.

Please, Can u tell me if is it possible ?
it is this product :
AMG - amino muscles growth

as a substitute for MAG-10

AND AFTER TRAINING : (normal Gainer)

My question number 2
Is it good take creatin with a carbs ?
I heard this :
, when u to take a creatin with a carbs, most of creatin will be impaired cuz the stomach reacts with hydrochloric acid to carbohydrates which invalidates the creatine, - Is it true ?

They say it, that is the best way is to take the creatin on empty stomach.

im’ll happy for every answer. Thanks bye

CT,
Next question
In this artiles u have written about carb cycling ( The Carb Cycling Codex )

I don’t understand a few things.
There is for example to continue on with our example, our 220 pound bodybuilder would consume:

  1. When trying to gain mass:

High(er) carb days = 330g protein, 412g carbs, 121g fat

Moderate days = 330g protein, 330g carbs, 121g fat

Low(er) carb days = 33g protein, 247g carbs, 121g fat

  1. When trying to lose fat:

High(er) carb days = 330g protein, 344g carbs, 33g fat

Moderate days = 330g protein, 275g carbs, 33g fat

Low(er) carb days = 330g protein, 206g carbs, 33g fat

Thats ok but u have written : u should ingest 6-7 meals per day . Three of these meals should contain carbs and proteins(breakfast , immediate post-workout drink, and meal 60-90 minutes after your workout) There remaining 3-4 meals should be made up of proteins and good fat and green veggies.

for example this time of train :

Meal 1 (upon waking up): Carbs + protein meal

Meal 2 (post-workout, around 11:00): Carbs + protein recovery drink (Surge)

Meal 3 (12:30): Carbs + protein meal

Meal 4 (15:30): Protein, fat, and green veggies

Meal 5 (18:00): Protein, fat, and green veggies

Meal 6 (21:00): Protein, fat, and green veggies

Its mean i’ll eat( when trying to gain mass)in High (er) carbs day : Meal 1 137g of carbs and Meal 2 again 137g of carbs and Meal 3 again 137g of carbs.
But the human organism (system) not able to consume much carbs at on time, is it ? Is Maximum capacity for human organism able consume carbs is around 40-50g carbs at once or is not ?
Will not problematic for human system to consume much carrbs at on time ? I dont really know…

It same with protein… The big benefits of protein can be problematic or cant ? Cuz big benefits of protein can have side effect as for example acne, more farts etc. All of these side effect begins with a large benefits of protein which arent used. (unused amino acids).
Is it true ? please can somebody tell me to better deal with this ?
