Does anyone know where to find these in Colorado?
I’m from Denver, and here’s what we do at our gym. Fill up a plastic cup with water, freeze it, cut away the plastic, hold a towel over it, and voila, you have a cryo cup that costs 8 cents.

Take two plastic cups–preferably the same type. Cut one cup about 2/3 way down. Cut the other 2/3 way up so that they over lap. Fill w/ water, freeze. When it’s frozen just pull out the upper portion of the cup and… voila…free cryo-cup.
