anyone got suggestions on where to buy your cryo cups?
I can’t remember the name of it, I just did a google search and the place was one of the top search results, like $2, little plastic blue thing, but I really like it.
Dixie makes a good cup. Find it at your local grocery store.
I use cryotherapy on my heavy days. I have just used a small childrens drinking cup. Fill it to the top and it does nicely. By the time it has melted to the cup, my body it usually numb in that part.
Its cheap and easy to get.
