Hey, quick question here. My creatine is in tablet form and the tablets are kinda big so swallowing them is rather uncomfortable. Iv thought about crushing them and mixing them in a drink. Thing is, Iv heard people tell me that things that are in tablet form are like that for a reason.
Crushing them will apparently change their composition. Im not too sure whether this is actually factual or not and whether it applies to creatine tablets as well.
Anyone know the answer?
So you spent extra on creatine tablets only to go and crush them into powder?

It was all that was available at the time and I didn’t realise how big the tabs were until I started taking them.
Creatine tablets can be used as suppositories.
To give you a real answer, nothing will happen if you crush them up before consuming.
The main reason people buy them in pill form is to avoid the bitter taste.
