Crunches

I right now am doing Waterbury’s Total Body Training workout, and have a question.

My friend does crunches every day after his workout, so I decided to do them with him yesterday. I could really feel the burn in my abs and am wondering if it is worth doing crunches every time I workout.

Are my abs already getting worked through Squats/Deadlifts though?

aint going to hurt anything it will help build some core endurance I suggest squatting, dling OH pressing and lots of sex.
