I first heard about this when someone told me BJ Penn, from the UFC, used this for his strength and conditioning 6 days a week. I tried a week, felt dead afterward but looked great at the beach. It’s unlikely that many gyms that have all that equipment, namely gymnastics rings and bumper plates, at all, or a reasonable distance apart, as you superset pretty much everything. I’d be doing it now but the weight room at school is a half mile from the fitness center and I doubt my rack or erg would be open when I got back.
