CrossFit Training


My name is Jarek, I come from Polish.
Poorly know English, so sorry for mistakes.
Do not know if I chose the right forum for my topic.
I would like to know as much about CrossFit,in Poland, this sport is very unpopular and difficult to find some information on this topic.
Could I get from you as many examples of this type of training?
I decided on this training because I have enough equipment available.
CrossFit trains a week,I did this workout:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats.
