Crossfit & Layers



I know you have mentioned crossfit training before but I was wondering where would you place metacon work in a layer workout? Would you reduce the amount of layers ? Is it possible to do metacon work in the 10 day strength cycle?

Do not Frankenstein programs (trying to mix and match several programs). The 10 days cycle is brutal work by itself, you cannot do it while also working hard on something else.
