CT, I read your article about doing crossfit exclusively for a while. I am really interested in doing crossfit style training to gain muscle mass and I have tried straight crossfit, crossfit football, 531 with short metcons and a few others. Most of these have worked to some extent, but I would love to find programming that feels like crossfit but makes me bigger.
I know it's a bit lame, but sometimes it's nice just to do a workout as Rx'd by someone else, without having to think too much! Any advice as to where to go?
