Critique: Which Direction to Go?

I used to be a fat kid growing up. I’ve been lifting off and on for a few years but only recently started being serious in the gym a few months ago. I try to eat clean and about 4-6 small meals a day, trying for 1g protein per 1pound bodyweight. I weigh 180 and I’m sure my bf % is high.

What is your honest assessment of my physique? Should I bulk then cut?

And just because my join date is 2003 doesn’t mean I was serious from the start. I’ve had ppl flame me on that before, it just means I registered on the forums here in 2003 to post something.

wouldnt say you have to cut immediately, just eat a healthy diet and add some cardio.

don’t cut, please. You aren’t nearly big enough yet. Just eat healthy and eat a lot. If you find yourself getting too fat then start to add some cardio. I was in the same boat as you before, don’t make the same mistakes i did. eat eat eat!

You have about 4 years before you get near that.

Read workout plans

Don’t ask for a program ask which program is best with options.

I never said I was going to achieve this tomorrow.

Doesn’t hurt to have a long term goal though right?
