Critique Please

I’m currently on the T-Dawg diet v2.0. I’m 5’10", 180 lbs, ~9-10% bf…trying to cut to about 7%.
15*BW-500 = 2200 cals

Here’s my meal breakdown:

6:30am
150mL egg whites + 1 egg + 1/2c. oatmeal
F=10.5
P=28.9
C=32.5 Total Cals = 346

9:30am (Post workout)
Lo-carb Protein shake (Whey) + whole wheat Breakfast Museli
F=3.9
P=36.4
C=31.6 Total Cals = 326

12:30pm
4 oz extra lean Beef + 1 avocado
F=49.4
P=32.8
C=9.8 Total cals = 615

2:30pm
1 Tbsp Ultra light Mayo + 1 can Tuna + 6 walnuts (1 oz.)
F=21.2
P=29.1
C=4.2 Total cals = 306

5:30pm
1 Chicken breast + 2 cups salad + 2 Tbsp Flax oil (Udo’s Choice)
F=44.2
P=20.1
C=10.4 Total cals = 537

8:30pm
Light Cottage Cheese + Protein Shake
F=3.4
P=45
C=7.7 Total Cals = 248

I’m in bed by 9:30.

Totals for the day:
F=129
P=192.3
C=94.6
Cals=2246

This is a slightly low Protein Day (I usually go for 1.5g/lb). Should I have a little less fat?

Be a man and eat your veggies! As I recall, one of the premises behind updating the T-Dawg diet was to make it more healthy. Given this program, you’ll be crapping roughly once a month. Broccoli and spinach are your best friends, even if it means canning the oatmeal.

I agree with you Eric. I normally eat a fair amount of veggies, but I never feel it’s enough. Don’t know why I didn’t eat much this day. But crapping once a month? I wish! Try 4 times a day!
