Critique on Cycle and Diet

Well guys I finally think I am ready to start my first cycle. I think I have everything ready to go but I wanted to run it by U guys to get a little constructive criticism before I get started.

First I will start with my stats, I am 26y/o, weigh 175lbs, height 5’9", 9.2% b/f, been training for 3 years on and off and 3 years hard. PCT, Novaldex 30/30/20/20 14-17w, Exemastane 20/20/20/20 14-17w or Test Taper whatever PCT U guys recommend for this cycle.

This is the diet I put together for my cycle I would like some constructive criticism on it also. I divided it into proteins, carbs, and fats and total calories at the end.

Really good diet, just remember the basic concept of EAT A SHIT LOAD, LIFT HARD, AND SLLLLEEEEEEEEP as much as possible, so if anything eat more, I mean 5-6 meals at 1000-1500 calories. Cycle looks good, you got your bases covered.

Sorry, but you are too skinny to be starting a cycle of steroids. Something is not in check to begin with if 5’09" and 165lbs. It’s most likely your diet.

The diet you posted will burn you out in less than a week. It’s too detailed. You’d be much more successful in putting a diet together that concentrated on separating protein and fats, and protein and carbs. P+C in the early part of your day, and P+F in the later part.

Where’s the BEEF?!? Never underestimate the power of red meat.

Please, try your diet for three months before you start your cycle. If you’re gaining weight, no need for steroids.

Thanks for the reponse, I guess I am still to skinny for the cycle. I will work on another diet and continue for another year or so till I get to 180lbs-190lbs. I will just give the gear to my brother for his birthday he is going to be 25y/o next week, 5’6’’, 185lbs guess he has a better diet than mine. How much calories would U guys recommend if 3,400cals would burn me out?

I don’t think 3400 calories will burn you out - I think the intricacies of your diet will.

Are you not gaining weight naturally? How much of a difference is there between your proposed diet, and what you’re eating now?

Well first of all I am usually at 175lbs but right now I weigh 165lbs because I have been 5 weeks out of the gym cause I broke my wrist at the gym and I am not even sure how because I never felt anything till the next day when it was swollen and hurt like a bi**h. When I go back I will get to my normal weight quickly, but like U said I still might be to Skinny for the cycle.

The differnce in my diet now and when I was in the gym, was that I ate four times daily with larger portions of mainly eggs, chicken, rice, beans, vegetables, and protein shakes and never counted calories. I hardly eat red meats, gives me acid. Now I was just trying to develop a clean diet with the calories counted where I wasn’t going to put on much fat during the cycle. By what your saying I must of picked the wrong foods cause even though they make 3,400cals I am going to get burned out. Please be free to let me know what I should remove and/or add to make it a better diet.

P.S. For anyone thinking I was going to jump on the cycle as soon as I got the cast removed, I wasn't. I was going to wait three months after.

Hi mate, i am 5’8 1/2" and 190lbs. If i dont train and eat the normal 3 meals a day (i did this last year for a few months while ill) then i drop to around 150lbs. So i guess we have the same kinda body.
What really changed it for me (not steroids surprisingly) was eating more, and not totally clean. The diet you have outlined is perfect, but it would be great if you were a 190-230lb bb (not calorie-wise, macro-wise) who was maintaining his BF, and muscle with high protein and fats…

For skinny lads to put on size there is a magic button, it is called carbohydrates. If you allow yourself to eat around 60% carbs… dont worry too much about simple either they can be 50% of total carbs (30%of total), and 1.2g protein per lb of BW… you wont go wrong. Supplement with flax oil too, or udo’s oil is the best oil you can use. I prefer these over EVOO as for me, i tend to have a large enough proportion of mono-unsats, so i need to keep my poly-unsats high.
Also, if you want to put on weight… use:

http://www.fitday.com/

This is a fantastic tool to help you count your calories, macronutrient partitioning, micronutrient intake (if you desire) and even water and alcohl if you want to. I tend to just use the basic calorie, pro, car, fat data.

I find if i am serious about putting on or losing weight it is much more effective to see what is going into my body.

Use it for 1 week, and then it will literally take all of 5 mins to complete each day.

Joe

ps. Its free. 100% free.

Thanks for the website I like it a lot and will definatly be using it.

And just fyi fat is 9 calories per gram.

The only reason I stated this is that I assume that your fish oil caps are 1 gram each so your fat calories listed will be a bit low.

I just rechecked U are right about the salmon caps I will edit that incase anyone was going to use that diet.
