My name is Jim and I’m a 21 year old college student. For the past few months I have been trying to add some mass in hopes of someday stepping on a stage. Before I started this diet I did a 6 day a week volume training split. For the last few months I have been doing Doggcrapp training for the recommended 3 days a week. This is my diet.
Meal 1. 2 cups oats mixed w/ 2-3 scoops protein (100 g carbs around 70 grams protein)
Meal 2. 2 cups oats mixed w/ 2-3 scoops protein
Meal 3. 2 cups oats mixed w/ 2-3 scoops protein
Meal 4.2 cups oats mixed w/ 2-3 scoops protein
Meal 5. Top Round Steak
Meal 6. Protein Shake
What do you guys think about this? I will include a before picture (June) and a present picture.
