Critique My Workout

So I’m looking for some huge gains so I can get some girls. Here’s what I’ve been doing. Will I get mad buff with this workout? Please help!!!

I do all of the following 3 days a week:

  1. Hammer curls, 3 sets of 6 at 30 pounds
  2. Bench Press, 3 sets of 5 at 110 pounds with a couple lighter warmups
  3. Leg curl machine, 3 sets of 10 at 135 pounds
  4. Leg extension machine, 3 sets of 10 at 135 pounds
  5. Seated calf raise machine, 3 sets of 10 at 330 pounds
  6. Seated leg press machine, 3 sets of 8 at 190 pounds
  7. Shrugs, 3 sets of 8 at 60 pounds
  8. Skullcrushers, 3 sets of 8 at 40 pounds
  9. Dumbbell Bent-over row, 3 sets of 8 at 50 pounds
