So I’m looking for some huge gains so I can get some girls. Here’s what I’ve been doing. Will I get mad buff with this workout? Please help!!!
I do all of the following 3 days a week:
- Hammer curls, 3 sets of 6 at 30 pounds
- Bench Press, 3 sets of 5 at 110 pounds with a couple lighter warmups
- Leg curl machine, 3 sets of 10 at 135 pounds
- Leg extension machine, 3 sets of 10 at 135 pounds
- Seated calf raise machine, 3 sets of 10 at 330 pounds
- Seated leg press machine, 3 sets of 8 at 190 pounds
- Shrugs, 3 sets of 8 at 60 pounds
- Skullcrushers, 3 sets of 8 at 40 pounds
- Dumbbell Bent-over row, 3 sets of 8 at 50 pounds
