Incline DB Rows 5x5
Lying Triceps Extension 3x8

Squat 5x5
Push Press 5x5
Deadlift 5x5

Day 4
Rest

Day 5
Squat 5x5
Incline Press 5x5
Upright Row 5x5
BB Curls 3x8

DAY 6 DAY 7
Rest

Is Incline DB Rowing a good replacement for BB Rowing.
