training and diet
monday chest? tri 7 sets each part
tuesday biceps and shoulders ^
wednesday back and legs ^
thursday and friday day off
saturday arms shoulders and legs 3 sets each part
sunday chest tris and back 3 sets each part
40/40/20
and i take a gram of protein per bodyweight the rest i eat mostly carbs and few fats… hope that that gives you a better idea
you think doing 7 sets on each body part is too less
currently am bulking on a 3000 cals i try to eat as clean as possible
