Critique My Routine

i posted this in a nother forum and wanted to get more opinions on it

Monday:
Power Clean
jerk
squat
deadlift
leg curls

Tuesday:
flat bench
incline bench
DB incline press
Pec Flies
Weighted Pull Ups
Lat Pull down

Wednesday:
Plyo day, always doing different drills
Core Stability

Thursday:
Military Press
DB shoulder Press
DB lateral raises
DB rear lateral raises
DB tricep extensions
DB Bicep curls (dropset)

How many sets/reps? What are you doing for “core stability”? Where’s the horizontal rowing?

The above plus I would pit that leg day between the two upper body days flat benching etc nails the shoulders, tris hard etc as does the OH press day. Get more pulls in rows chins etc.

Too much pressing (chest/front delts) and not nearly enough pulling (lats). Chest and Back should have similar volume unless you are correcting a previous imbalance.

Not much for arms, might be okay if they are not a priority.
