Critique My Overall Diet

Let me know what you guys think about my overall diet. I will give you a pretty typical day. Just keep in mind that i do not calorie count.

Breakfast:
Bowl granola with skim milk or bowl of oats
wheat bagel with peanut butter
Fruit
Milk/Water

Lunch:
Quarter pound of turkey breast on whole wheat bread
More Fruit
Animal Pak

Workout

Muscle Milk Shake

Snack:
Fruit/Peanuts
2 PBJ's
Water

Dinner:
Chicken breast with rice or vegtables
Water

Sometimes another snack:
Fruit or peanuts

This is a general day, obviously i switch shit up with like fish, tuna, etc. let me know. Keep in mind I am not a body builder i go for strength and performance in the weight room, but look sexy is a nice side effect that i like to pay attention to as well.
