I am a noob in log pressing.Currently can press 80kg for a single,aiming for 100kg.Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.
Wow, you train IN your house? Crazy. Anyway, form looked alright. Only thing is, after you lap it and before you stand up, pull it into your chest and “roll” it up your body. Also, be sure and get plenty of leg drive.
Back down on weight and work on leg drive. Do you know what a double knee bend is? I can’t really tell you how to do this, I could only show you.
You also need to work on getting your head through quicker, if that helps at all. I’ll try to look for a video when I have time.
