Hi, I recently just started upping the calories in my diet, I was wondering if this diet plan is alright. What are your suggestions?
9 am:
1 cup of oats with some chopped peach slices and blue berries
4 egg whites with around 2 ounces of chopped turkey meat
1 TBSP natural peanut butter
1/2 cup of milk
1030: Workout, 1 bottle of RTD Isopure
1230: Post w/o
1 cup of oats
2 scoops of whey
1 banana
1/2 cup of milk
3:30
1 half lean turkey burger
half cup of cottage cheese
half cup of oats
3 oz grilled chicken
5:30
5 ounces of striped bass
other half of lean turkey burger
2 cups of salad
8
2 scoops of whey
1030
1 cup of cottage cheese with 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter.
I also snack on soy nuts and peanuts inbetween meals I love them what can I say.
This is the most I have eaten in a while, I’m kind of nervous about gaining to much fat but I desperately needed to up my calories and wanted to pack on some muscle.
