Critique My Fat Loss Diet

I’ve really been slowly working on my diet more and more, really fine tuning it. I’ve had results but still needed to make some tweaks. I hope you guys can help me iron out the last kinks.

My stats: 25 years old, 5’9, 165ish (no scale). I’d say i’m roughly 11-12% BF, looking to get down around 8-9% with more of the “greek statue” physique vs bodybuilding physique. I’m doing infinite intensity by ross enamait, which is a mix of strength training and a lot of conditioning (burpee intervals, etc). I’ve really been making great strength and endurance gains even with a caloric deficit, aiming for a 500~ calorie deficit.

My diet plan:

Meal 1: 1/4cup steel cut oats, 1 half packet cane sugar
3 pieces of turkey bacon
1 scrambled egg

Meal 2: 8oz chicken
7-8oz sweet potato

Meal 3: 8oz chicken
7-8oz sweet potato

Meal 4: 8oz chicken
7-8oz sweet potato

Meal 5: 8oz chicken
Spinach, collard greens, broccoli, red peppers

Meal 6: 1-1.5 cups 1% cottage cheese

Total calories: Roughly 2543

I’m kinda keeping a little elbow room if I want to snack A TINY BIT on raw seeds/nuts. Also trying to make sure I eat enough to preserve muscle and strength. I also eat a little differently based on what I do for a workout that day. On really heavy days I’ll eat more protein, not sure if this is proper protocol though.
