post wo
2 cups milk
scoop protein
2 fruits

2 milk

chicken breast
optional oatmeal

four eggs

About 1.5 Gallons water. I know post wo shouldnt have the slow milk proteins but i like milk and its free to me. Any suggestions, should the post wo have more carbs? How outside of sups should I get them? Thank you all, JOE

post wo you need more carbs try adding some corn syrup, 1/4-1/2 cup
