Wondering about my diet
6 egg white omelet with 4 oz chicken and ? cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp of flax oil
? cup of oatmeal-plain
1 cup of heart wise orange juice
1 scoop of creatine mixture with dextrose
Total counts- breakfast
Fiber-4 of which two is soluble
1 ? hour later 1 scoop muscle milk, one scoop whey protein with 8 oz 1% milk
Lunch- 8 oz of 99% fat free ground turkey, ? cup steamed vegetables, ? cup pinto beans
Pre- Workout 1 scoop of creatine and 1 scoop of whey protein with water
Post workout 1 scoop of whey protein with 8 oz milk
Post Workout meal # 2 ? cup of brown rice, 1can of tuna
Dinner- 4 oz of Chicken, steamed vegetables, ? cup pinto beans, 1 tbsp of flax oil
Before Bed 1 scoop muscle milk, one scoop whey protein with 8 oz 1% milk
Fat- 78 grams- of which 28 is all omegas 3, 6, 9
Sat fat- 22.5- 8 f which are Medium Chained Triglycerides-s from canola oils-derived
Fiber-22- will probably make fiber up with supplements
I also eat another meal or two usually some egg whites with bread, and then some more chicken or turkey breast b/c this doesn?t get me through the day..
So I am eating around roughly 4000 calories a day and 350-400 gm of protein.
Just wondering what you all think of this diet.
