I’m not really too sure about my deadlift form, it would be nice to get some second opinions.
Those look pretty good to me. At the top I would try and get a little more hip movement… basically “hump the bar”.
I wish these form cues weren’t so bizarre, but that’s the movement to focus on.
A slightly less porno cue would be “start with the hamstrings, finish with the glutes”. When your glutes are fully contracted, the movement will be complete.
I would say to start with the hips a little lower.
And same as the points above, finish by driving your hips through, and bringing your shoulders back. It looks as though the weight is still forward and hasn’t been locked out.
