Critique my cutting diet..

Okay here is my diet. Things I kept in mind while making this… Lower in Carbs, Little Sugar, High in fiber, Fats(mono, polys), 1.5g protein/lb, tea for a little caffine boost.

6 Week diet. Took pics before, i’ll post afters also. No supps other than Surge and MRP’s.

Ending Date = March 12th.
Oh, i’m just asking you to critique the food selection. I know how much of each thing i need to eat. About 3000 Cals. My maintinence is a little over 4000. I’ll Reduce carbs as the weeks go on. 200 cals of carbs a week. I plan on not cheating once.

6 Eggs (3 whole)

Workout: 35P

Meal 3:75P
3 Chicken
Yam

Meal 4: 70P
Tuna
Beans
Lettuce
Olive Oil

Meal 5: 70P
Cottage Cheese
Banana
Nuts
3g. EFA
