Critique My Cutting Diet Totals

Heres a diet of mine. I weight 197 lbs and am cutting fat. Here are my diet totals…let me know what you think.

2460 cal 105 fat 203 carb 187 protein

There should be a few carbs and fat less and a bit more protein but this will work won’t it?

197lbs … 1.5g of protein per lb:
197lbs… 1g of Fat per lb


299.5g of protein which is 1477 cals
197g of fat which is 1576 cals

Those 2 alone make 3053… so does that tell you ANYTHING about how low your calories are ?

Carbs are up to you, if it were me i’d restrict them to fruit in the morning/pw shake.

Around 50-75g a day

I read on the HOT-ROX thread that you should multiply your bodyweight by 12 and go with fats at .5 per pound of body weight, 1g carbs per body weight and 1g protein per pound of bodyweight. I am doing CT’s destroying fat by the way.

I mean that would be like a 33/33/33 split… which some people do. Some others do low carb (under 50g/day), carb cycling, and some do low fat. You’ll hafta figure out which one will work for you.

Dont know or heard of many people that do well dieting on 33/33/33 that would be a pretty sweet diet !

Carbs are too high if your doing destroying fat.
