I’m looking to gain anything from 0.5-1lb a week and most of it being muscle with very little fat gains. Please tell me what you think. Hopefully its good enough for me to start right away.

Meal #1:
Oatmeal
15 Oz milk
Banana
Meal #2:
3 whole eggs
1 cup of mushrooms
Meal #3:
15oz chicken Breasts
8oz potatoes
1 cup of broccoli

Meal #4:
2 scoops of Dymatize weight gainer
Banana
Bagel
Meal #5:
15oz chicken breasts
7oz potato
15 oz of milk

Meal 1 needs protein, maybe have a scoop of two of protein powder in your oats there.
Meal 2 needs a bunch of carbs from somewhere.
Meal 3 & 5 - 15oz chicken breast is a bit excessive…8oz prob more digestible.
You need more veges in general.
What does your peri-workout nutrition look like? Are you having Surge or similar?
