Thanks for all the info. Right now I’m running the 2/day 2/week just to keep up with the amount of running currently prescribed (3/week) to get back to where I need to be in that aspect. So the first 6 week cycle will be 2/week. After that I am realigning a little bit to 3/week with SST and Jim’s Crossfit Template as my assistance work. Then run 2/week and ruck 1/week with my wife and dog. (Saturday Mornings)
Just clearing up any misconceptions, I am not with Recon or MARSOC, I simply use the short card for conditioning.
