since you say you'd like to compete in a body building show
- work on your lats, shoulders.
- id put it off for a few years,
- you still need to add some mass and learn how to pose properly.
first of - is your diet somewhat planned? record everything you eat? how is your training set out?
body building isnt a sprint, it's a marathon.
