In all seriousness, form looks pretty damn good to me. Are those EFS Short Average bands you’re working against? Either way, some serious weight to be working against @ 155 lbs. Nice work.

Yep those are the exact bands. haha I didnt even notice her, she does look preggers tho. Im hoping training with bands will put me near 575/600 for Raw Unity next March
