Critique a Noob's Nutrition

I'm 6'0 195lbs, 19 year old male who is looking to lose body fat while gaining some muscle. I'm not looking for major gains due to my huge calorie cut, but I am following the HOT-ROX recommended diet as stated under DIET/MASS programs. I am using Thibs OVT program, and also using his running man program. Here is what my make up diet looks like, please give suggestions on how to improve? I work mornings so I cannot workout in the AM. Trying to keep carb/protein meals in the first half of the day, and fat/protein meals in the second. Would putting the Surge Workout Fuel (3rd law of muscle) be counterintuitive?
