So recently I’ve been experimenting with creative ways to use my supplements. Since I’ve been on the V-Diet for 3 1/2 weeks (with no cheating) I have come up with a few creative supplement uses. Here goes:
-If you are an avid coffee drinker who doesn’t want to drink it black for the purposes of the V-Diet, add some of your vanilla flavored protein shake to the coffee.
-If you get bored with the current protein, add extracts of some sorts to the mix. Peppermint extract goes well with both Vanilla and Chocolate flavors.
-(This one has been addressed already but it’s worth the thread) Use less water when mixing the protein to make a gelatinous substance that equates to pudding.
-Put the shake in the freezer for awhile until the shake thickens! (It’s like a milkshake)
II: Fish Capsules
-If you do not get the odorless type (recommended highly to purchase the odorless type), take the capsules with Diet Lipton Citrus Green Tea.
III: Flaxseed meal
-I have nothing for you for this one. This stuff makes me gag!
