Creatine Use?

well i am new to creatine, i just started a few days ago. my understanding based on the T-Nation article is to have a teaspoon everyday (after workouts on workout days). do i have it with my protein shake? do i cycle it, etc?

people are telling me different things on how much creatine to have and when to have it and cycling, etc. im kind of unsure of what to do.
