Can one use creatine while trying to lose weight? I notice I do not recover as quickly as I did using creatine. I have not used it for nearly 4 months and muscles soreness is constant. Before whe I used the creatine, I seemed to feel better. Maybe with the added fluid in and around joints? I still have about 20 pounds to lose. Would the reintroduction of creatine halt the fatloss?
