Ok, this might be a redundant question, but I’m confused with all the diff types of creatine. We have citrate, ester, monohydrate, whatever… How are they diff? Are some better for some people or some situations than others? Which is best for a 22/m who is a martial artist? Thanks!
Use just plain old monohydrate. There have been a ton of creatine topics - just search for them

SKW tested micronized creatine. Most of the other stuff is just flash that works as good or not as good as the plain ol’ stuff.
